and you are either not interested in them or already have that vendor, do you call them back and say no thanks or to tell them you already have that or do u just delete the message?

I just got a phone call on my cell from DJ's unlimited. I didn't answer my phone cause i don't answer it if i don't recognize the number. so i listened to his message. I deleted it cause I already have a DJ, but also cause I don't like when vendors call me. I feel if i'm interested in your company i'll call you.

anyone else feel that way

I ignore.

Depends. If I get one call, erase and ignore.

If I get numerous calls, I will call back and ask them to stop.

Same with mailed items.

I used to receive mailings from Duval at least 3-5 times per week!!!

I was receiving calls from Flowers by Brian as well.

I hate it when vendors call me, I feel like their telemarketers or something...if I want your business, I will call you when i want not the other way around....

Anyway, I do the same thin, I don't pick up numbers I don't recognize, so if they leave a message, I will erase it. I have never called and vendor back and said no thanks.

I completely agree with you! I just delete them, I don't give them the courtesy of a call back since they already inconvenienced me once to have to listen to the message in the first place. Unless of course, I asked them to call, then I'll call them back.

As for emails, just after getting engaged I created a separate account for the wedding on msn.com (it's free). If it's a vendor I actually like then I give them that address. But if I don't really like them then I'll give them my old address where I get nothing but junk and spam. Every once in a blue moon I check it and delete them all at once. It's great for the filtering process!!

I have been called by this one Vendor ( a band) and they just keep calling... I guess one day I should answer and tell them no thank you.

I ignore it unless it's someone I'm considering for future planning.
