how many ppl do u plan to bring with you? Who will those ppl be?
I'm asking bcuz I was watching a SYTTD marathon earlier today and some of these brides had a huge amount of ppl with them.. 1 bride brought 13 ppl!! Some also took their FHs.
I personally would go nuts with that many ppl and that many opinions. FH is DEF not invited lol. I only plan to bring my mom, maid/matron of honor and maybe my lil sis. So that will be a total of 3 or 4 tops!

Basically because I hate shopping I'll just be bringing my mom and my sister and my future sister-in-law. My sister definitely won't give any opinions haha so it won't be too bad. I figured once I find my dress I'd bring my cousin, aunt and grandmother to see it because I know they'd be disappointed if left out. After watching those shows I definitely don't want a huge crowd!

I brought my mom, 2 of my sisters, and my best friend/MOH and it was... okay.
Having too many opinions can make it tough and cloud your opinion, so don't let people influence you too much! I went a second time with just my MOH and when I go again (prob in May) I'll prob take my mom and all my sisters (4) & MOH.

I'll probably go with mom, grandma, sister and MOH...I would love to ask my 2 future sisters-in-laws but I feel like that would be too many people...I figured I'd invite them when I go for a fitting.

the first day was just me and mom! we went to a few stores and tried on about 20 dresses. I sent an email to my BM's for the next time and most wanted to go! I felt bad saying it was too many, bc now it was my mom and 5 bms. Plus i pretty much dragged FMIL too! it really wasnt bad though. I'm still taking people to come see it a few at a time.

This Sunday I am bring my mom, my sister (MOH), FMIL, and FSIL (she 13). Since it is the first time I didn't want a bunch of people there. One I narrow it down I plan on asking the bridesmaids if they want to come.

When i want I had my mom, mother in law and one of my MOH ....the most important people
Having too many can be one big problem...dont go crazy though

Probably just my mom, my sis (MOH). if they seem less helpful than i want them to be (decisions? disagreeing?) i will probably bring one more BM.
Too many opinions = too many cooks in the kitchen! we would be there for 100 hours.

Hey Ladies,
I am planning on bringing my mother, my stepmother, and my future MIL, and possibly my 2 moh, but I may just go back with my MOH's and see the dress so that I don't have a crowd.
Personally I feel like you should be able to bring whoever you want, even though a crowd may be difficult just pick the people you want there and invite them :)

I am going back this weekend, it will be my mom, MOH and MOH's mother.. once I have narrowed it down to maybe like top 5 dresses I will then bring my 2 daughters along with my mother and MOH. I want them to help in the decision...

ITA! If your happy with a crowd of 13 then by all means go for it.. if you want only 1 person there go for it. Its all about who u want their.

I brought my mom and my aunt. I was worried that if I personally brought a lot of people I would be listening too much on their opinion and not to my own. I'm going to bring MIL and MOH to the first fitting so they can see the dress
