When you went back to work, how old was your baby?

6 weeks, but I only went back part time (20+ hours) and now I just want back 3/4 time (30+ hours) - and she is almost 5 months

I went back full-time , I was a retail store manager and had to go back full time if I wanted that position..She was 8 weeks old..It actually was not that bad..It made it easlier because my husband was home with her, he works nights..

Molly was 14 weeks old. I work from home full-time and go into the office once a week. Molly went to daycare for one day a week until she was about 8 months old. Then she started to go 2X a week.

He was 6 weeks old..but it was OK because my husband stays home with him!

I went back full time when Sofia was 4 months...

eta: but then I got laid off when she turned one.. those bumbs!!

I went back PT after Andrew was 3 months old (12 weeks FMLA I took). I mainly work from home, but when I do go into the office, its when my DH is home to watch him. I am more so a FT SAHM, but working in my field to keep current is important to me, so I work several hours a week, mostly at strange hours of the night!
