Did you bring or buy your lunch? For me i almost always brought accept for the occasional Friday to get pizza

When I was a senior we always went out to lunch (McD's, Taco Bell, etc...)

Well, in high school, I would tell my mom that lunch got so expensive and that I needed 25 dollars for lunch, and she would give it to me, then I would pocket the money and go shopping or put gas in my car I hardly ever ate lunch!

Brought it in - for the majority of the time - until Sr year...when we left for a few periods during the day to go to friends houses or the Bell or Mickey Ds.

Bought lunch at school then Jr year we were allowed to leave so I bought out or went home and had lunch.

I guess I was deprived..my HS did not offer any hot lunches, so we got to leave grounds from Jr. High ON...I would go home with my friends and my mom would cook up some AWESOME lunches....or we would go to the deli or if we cut the period before lunh, would go to McDs....The closest McDs to us is about 20 mins away.....

I brought it but was embarrassed to eait it because it wasn't 'cool'. SO i would buy lunch...and I always felt guilty bc my Mom took the time to make it for me
