I always knew that I'd marry tall dark and handsome. I don't think I ever thought about careers, but since I was a little girl, I always knew that my husband was going to have the personality that DH has. I can't describe it. It's like I just knew it was him before I even met him.

I always thought Id marry and Irish catholic guy..I knew I liked blue collar workers, theres something to me thats so sexy about a man who gets downa nd dirty and work...all the guys I dated were just normal guys, then I met my husband and he told me he was from Trinidad..I had JUST read about Trinidad /Tobago in outdoor living magazine about bike riding there..so thankfully I had alittle clue about where he was from..but not really. Hes a mix of Indian, Portugese, Venezuelan and German and I had just never dated a guy like him. Heis a foreman for a demolition, so he makes decent money..yet he gets down and dirty at work..just like I like!!! Theres something about seeing him with a hard hat on..YEA!!!!

When I was real young, and I have to say that because my DH and I have been together since we were 15, I always wanted my husband to be a Blue-collar working man. But I'm married to a Computer person... go figure!

When I was young I always thought I would meet my husband in college, and he would be as driven and ambitious as I am. I met my DH in a bar after college, and he is extremely laid back, tends not to worry about $ or the future--at times this is good as we help each other meet in the middle. I am a saver, DH never has a cent in the bank. DH is a gambler (literally), I tend to be much more conservative with my $. I imagined myself with someone more like me in terms of background and values.

I always saw my future husband as a worker in a suit, instead I think my DH is so much hotter than I could have imagined working in resturants
