Where would we take parent pics? outside church? We don't have much time! Should I send the photographer over there earlier to take my FH with his mom? What if it rains? I have no 'inside' places for pics!

oh yeah... oops. 4:30 at The Crescent. 4:40 Sunset pics on the beach are PRIORITY.

We will be doing bride & family pics before I leave for the church. We are asking the grooms family to be at the church an hour early to take pictures with the groom. We will try to take more family pictures by arriving early at the RH.

How do you know for sure the sun will set at 4:40? I am just curious because I am concerned about the sunset factor as well. Sunset on the beach will be gorgeous. I'm sure you could take pics with your family after the ceremony. dOn't worry, these little details always seem to work out.
