Where are you girls planning on going to look for BM dresses??
For those of you have already purchased them, where did you have good experiences??
It's time to start and I don't know where to go (besides Bridal Reflections) Thanks :)

I will probably go with David's Bridal. I'm in love with the color Horizon.
For you DB brides, I know that you get 10% off BM gowns if you bought your gown there, but is that store specific, or is it company wide? I bought my gown at the store on 6th Avenue, and it would be inconvenient for my BMs to buy their gowns there. I have a $150 store credit at the one in LIC, and will order one BM gown at that one for my MOH who lives in TX.

my girls are all picking their own bill levkoff short chiffon dresses, and we are going to burton's bridals because their prices are the cheapest around. Their selection is not huge though, so the girls have been going on their own to places, finding the style # of the dress they want, and then on August 10 we are going to Burton's to order the dresses.. they will order any dress by any designer even if they don't carry it which is pretty cool
I'm going to Bridal Reflections and Lillette's today to look for BM dresses. If we don't have success at either of those places, I think I'm going to start heading more east, but I hope it doesn't come to this because everybody thinks I live out in bumble... well, you know, and I don't want people to travel a long distance.

Where is Burton's Bridals?
It's in Melville right by the Walt Whitman mall... if you find dresses elsewhere, I would just write the style #s down and order at Burton's because my cousin's Bill Levkoff was 220 at one store and 140 at Burtons! But if you go there, you need to put 50% of the price down when you buy and it has to be cash or check

I think David's Bridal because I have an out of state BM who will have to get her dress somewhere on her own because she rarely comes home. The time is coming for me to see if she is actually in or out, because she's been super flakey lately. If she's out, I might go elsewhere.

I went to the Bridal Suite of Bayshore with two of my three girls today. They found Bill Levkoff dresses that they loved, but I found them for a much lower price online at RK Bridal. Not sure who they will end up ordering from.

I am getting mine at Lillette's in Bellmore. I went into Bridal Reflections of Massapequa, and I seem to be in the minority when I say I had a bad experience there. I called on Monday to make an appointment and whoever answered the phone told me I didn't need an appointment for BM dresses but when I went in no one was willing to even look in our direction because we didn't have one. It wasn't until they knew that I was already a paying customer for the BM dress that I had purchased for another wedding I'm in that they were willing to help me. I'm big on first impressions and I really didn't like their attitudes. Lillette's was amazing - they helped us with a smile from start to finish and I've used them for my sister and brother's weddings and had great customer service. Definitely recommend looking there.

I had originally ordered my bridesmaid dresses from Bridal Reflections but the dress got discontinued and they only gave me 2 days notice to have everyone come in and get sized. They also told me that Jasmine dresses does not have a junior bridesmaid line so I had to get a totally different dress. I found out they lied to me. I was planning on going back there to order different dresses but today I went to Burton's for a florist appointment and wound up ordering my bridesmaid dresses at their bridal section upstairs. They also gave me a discount since I am using them for the florist.

I don't know if you're willing to go into the city, but Here Comes the Bridesmaid beat everyone else's prices by about $75. I haven't gotten the dresses yet (due to arrive in Sept), but they were very nice and helpful.
