Where and when do I apply for my wedding license??
I live in Poughkeepsie Ny with my FH and we are getting married in Long Island. My wedding is in Oct 06. I don't know where to go to get the license and when I gave to go Thanks for the help

you have to get your marriage license within 60 days of your wedding. it is a state license, so you can get it anywhere in NY.

You can go anywhere in your hometown - you just need a license from the state of NY. They are valid for 60 and there is a 24 hour waiting period.
