I'm in! I definitely need to get back to recreational reading....I was so burnt out from reading for college that the last thing I wanted to do was pick up a book to relax!

I'm a book worm :), I just read something borrowed and I loved it! I would like to do the book club, I'm in
Are you reading something blue now?
I actually have to get it, I was sort of disappointed to read that it's from a different POV, so I was kind of turned off. How is it?
I thought Something Blue was even better than the first!!
I couldn't get through Baby Proof though (its a completely different character from the other two books!)
Somethine Blue WAS better than Something Borrowed for sure!!!! Don't get me wrong I loved them both but I preferred Something Blue!!!
Baby Proof was an OKAY book... Ethan made a guest appearance towards the end and that made it all worth it!

Re: Where are my book worm brides?
I'm a bookworm! I like mystery and suspense. I can't read romance....I like romance in my life...but I just can't read about it. I'm currenty reading a Jeffrey Deaver novel (LOVE HIM). I also enjoy James Patterson and Nelson Demille.

I think that would be a good idea!! The problem is finding one a lot of people haven;t read since I literally read 9 of his books in 2009 alone!
If you guys are thinking love story..........A new one came out just a few weeks ago? As far as mystery goes.. I would have to look up his non-series books!

He does come out with new ones often. There might be a good JP beach read coming out for the summer.

Here are the summaries of both books in case anyone is interested....
Sundays at Tiffany's (romance one)
Synopsis
As a little girl, Jane has no one. Her mother Vivienne Margaux, the powerful head of a major New York theater company has no time for her. But she does have one friend--Michael--and no one can see him but her. But Michael can't stay with Jane forever, and on her eighth birthday, her imaginary friend must leave her.
When Jane is in her thirties, working for her mother's company, she is just as alone as she was as a child. Her boyfriend hardly knows she's there and is more interested in what Vivienne can do for his career. Her mother practically treats her as a slave in the office, despite the great success of Jane's first play, 'Thank Heaven.' Then she finds Michael--handsome, and just the same as she remembers him, only now he's not imaginary. For once in her life, Jane is happy--and has someone who loves her back. But not even Michael knows the reason behind why they've really been reunited.
Sail (mystery one)
Synopsis
Since the death of her husband, Anne Dunne and her three children have struggled in every way. In a last ditch effort to save the family, Anne plans an elaborate sailing vacation to bring everyone together once again. But only an hour out of port, everything is going wrong. The teenage daughter, Carrie, is planning to drown herself. The teenage son, Mark, is high on drugs and ten-year-old Ernie is nearly catatonic. This is the worst vacation ever. Anne manages to pull things together bit by bit, but just as they begin feeling like a family again, something catastrophic happens. Survival may be the least of their concerns. Written with the blistering pace and shocking twists that only James Patterson can master, SAIL takes 'Lost' and 'Survivor' to a new level of terror.
If all else fails.....We can always do both!

thanks so much, Sail seems appealing, but either one would work
