Hello Date twin, this is my list to do. After we got the marriage license last week, and met with our Maitre’d at Swan Club to decide on menu things feel a little better as well.


Programs -(have not met with priest yet for selection of readings and approval)
Seating Chart- will not begin until most RSVPS come in (most of our closer friends and relatives are the ones that haven’t RSVP’d because “we know they are coming”
Call/ Meet with DJ
Meeting with Pedestals for Flowers (Sept 1)
Second Fitting (Sept 11)
2nd Makeup trial (9/21)
Order wrapping paper for Favors- and wrap favors
Make labels/tags for favors
Print final menus
Order ring bearer pillow
FH, GM, RB need to get fitted for Tux
RD invitations

The closer it gets the more overwhelmed I feel! Here is what I have left to do:
Print & assemble programs (meeting with minister today to go over readings).
Make appointment with DJ to go over final song selections and give DJ a cd of a couple fo songs that we want played.
Seating chart, still waiting for RSVP's to do that.
Make appointment with photographer.
Make appointment with florist.
Second dress fitting (Sept. 12).
Finish shopping for bathroom baskets & then assemble bathroom baskets.
Finish bubble basket.
Get chocolate kisses for second part of favors and then start stuffing organza bags.
Wrap groomsmen gifts.
Wrap BM & FG gifts.
Finish painting bank for one of FG's.
Get additional gift for BM, since he is also FH's father.
Menu appointment with hall this Thursday
Make camera basket.
Send contract to Hair & Makeup people.
Shop & pack for honeymoon.
Schedule a bridal party brunch, so I can give the girls their gifts.

I think that's it, but I feel like I am leaving something off.
