Ok I have a CRAZY question. Do you know if the cocktail hour waiters and waitresses are wearing white gloves? I know they are in tuxedos, but FH is making the BIGGEST deal over the fact that our contract doesn't say 'white glove service' AND he wants me to ask Jennifer Barnett if they will wear white gloves if we provide them!!! I feel like this is such a snooty request I don't even know what to say about it. Makes me hope they are doing it by themselves.

As a former employee of Timberpoint...Everything is white glove until the dinner service, simply because it's nearly impossible to do white glove for dinner service.
I went to a wedding at Fox Hollow in January...white glove until dinner service. A wedding in February at The Sand Castle, white glove until dinner service, a wedding at Chateau La Mer in May, white glove until dinner and a wedding in June at Crest Hollow CC - white glove until dinner service. And our wedding at Irish Coffee Pub is white glove until dinner service.
It is just not possible to do white glove during dinner, but no matter where you are it will be elegant.
Oh and the other post about Flowerfield, went to a wedding there last July...white glove until dinner service!!!
