Where are my napkins... over a month later!!

Dear the knot...

Your customer service SUCKS!!! After 1 month and an email to you 1 week ago, I was finally bombarded with 3 emails today saying they are out of my foil color for printing... now I have been on hold via telephone for 15mins!! grr

which foil color did you order?!?!?

i ordered mine about a week ago, i hope it doesn't take that long!!

Definetly call them! I ordered mine on 2/5 and the website said the order was in process. When I called them apparently they were having computer issues and who knew where my order was, the rep had my napkins shipped out the next day for me.

WOW!!!! Hearing that yours kept saying 'proccessing' and were never shipped i am stay on top on this everyday now!! thats what mine said.. and NOW they say its out!!!! After over a month!!

I got 4 colors... one of my foil colors were teal and that is the one that was out

I ordered matches from them and sent them an email about how I didn't like them. I didn't expect them to take them back or anything but all I got was 'we have fowarded this to a supervisor' and nothing.

I will never order anything from them again. I guess they know you get married once so really how often will you order from them. I doubt they have a lot of repeat customers.

I had no idea they were so slow and bad with service!! I had read reviews on their site and people say such great things, but who knows if its filtered Hoping to hear something from them today!!!!

This totally sucks. I'm sorry to hear this If you do decide to cancel with them...maybe try efavormart.com. I got my matches there and they were cheaper and had fast delivery. Not sure if they will have the foil colors you want, but it's worth a shot to get better service!
