Where are my winter brides at !!

hello winter brides!! I am wondering what ideas you have or doing for your wedding, bridal party, etc to make your winter wedding stand out or special? I am going to get my girls a faux fur shawl coat etc but lets share some ideas!!!

I am a winter bride but not doing that for a theme. I can tell u my bm who is getting married in December is getting snow flake lighting for the walls and I also like baby's breath for bouquets bc it looks like snow!

I'm a winter bride. I wish I could have artificial snowflakes fall during our first dance am I nuts or what? LOL I did not tell the FH this because he would think this wedding has really gotten to me.

Well I'm not doing a theme either, just things you are doing such as favors, BM gifts, etc.

Now I want this too... Probably not gonna happen though. Our venue just gave us the no go on using dry ice 'dancing on a cloud' for our first dance so I bet they wouldn't be all for fake snow falling from their ceiling either

Our favors are mason jars filled with hot chocolate and we (my fiancé) created this awesome thank you tag that has a snowflake punchout design...

BM gifts are typical, no winter feel. Jewelry, hangers, paying for hair, got them personalized bags and I want to do a little something extra as they have done so much for me

Thankfully my venue provides that part for our grand entrance that was definitely one of the requirements for venue hunting I need some sort of entrance lol

winter for us = chinese new year so we are using the HUGE chinese new year poppers as the item to be 'thrown' after 'i dos'

I wanna get a white faux shawl too! Id like to get them for the BM too. I found some on etsy but still looking. Somebody told me try to tri-county flea market. I also thought about changing into uggs too! I changed into my knit uggs at my engagement party but my feet got so hot I wanted to take them off. So now I'm debating on doing them or not.

I'm not doing a full on winter theme. Our colors are black, silver, ivory and gold. My girls are in black chiffon gowns and I bought them these.

We are doing silver mercury vases filled with candles as our centerpieces so I'm going for a very romantic winter night feel.

We are also doing hot cocoa wedding favors, but not in mason jars.

There will not be any snowflakes, no snow... nothing like that.

Unless of course we have a light dusting of snow that will just look pretty in pictures :)

I'm currently trying to figure out a nice winter signature drink :)
