Re: Where are the July brides?
I'm picking up my invitations tomorrow... figured since the whole postage mess - I'm surprised I'm not seeing more about that on this site, I really thought brides to be would be more disappointed that there is no wedding stamp with the new amount... I figure I now have to wait for my zazzle.com order for my .41 stamp in something nicer than a liberty bell... more wedding oriented. I'm praying that with the little direction paper - I won't go over .39 for the outter envleopes. Last I checked without that little thing it was .39 perfecty, if not I guess zazzle's going to love me, I'll overnight more stamps!
Anyway, once I pick them up and have my stamps I'll start the stuffing. I really have to call my DJ tomorrow and make sure he knows I'm away all of June and maybe start thinking about that. FH finally dropped into a jewelry store and got his ring size. So now I'll go to Tri-County and get his ring this week. I'm in the dark about mine, but he's never disappointed me when it comes to bling. In fact I think I'm more excited not knowing. I feel like there is more I should be doing, I guess I should be making sure the hall has what the officiant wants and that all the vendors can accomodate one another where necessary. I need to still get my BM's and FG gifts. I bought make up last week. I have to do my hair/make up trials with my friend. I have my second dress fitting this week. Right after the invites, I'll have my dad help me with the petal cones - he's really good at making an even cone and I didn't want to spend money on them. I ordered my menus. I think that's it.... I have to find a box to have on my table for the cards/gifts at the wedding. Shower must be coming up since I'm noticing things going off my registry and people are actually calling me with questions about it???? Go figure, but whatever. I feel like I should be doing more... oh yes, the hall wants another $2k. Knew I was forgetting something![]()
