We are looking for ideas for a summer E party..
Well we are having ours in April at a KNights of Columbus where my brothers are members.
I had mine also at a Knights of Columbus,in Oceanside. The hall was beaitful and food was good.
How about a BBQ at someones home. We will be doing a summer engagement party as well not sure what yet though!

We had our at Molly Malone's in Bayshore - it was great....on the water-private room and bathroom - outside area for people to smoke, etc...and it was a gret price! (about $50 pp but that included a service charge, open bar, crudite, etc.) Here is a pic
We just booked our engagement party at Bidgeview Yacht Club in Island Park. I am so excited!!!! It is really pretty right on the water. We have the whole second floor with our own terrace and everything. The prices were great ranging from 45-55pp for a 4 hour party on a Saturday afternoon. That includes a ton of food and full top shelf bar with specialty drinks. The web page does not do this place justice, but here is the link www.bridgeviewyachtclub.com. Also, for a summer engagement party it is nice because there are bars in walking distance that are fun to hang out at if you want to do that sort of thing (which we do!!!).
