I would love to stay on Long Island, but I don't think that is going to happen...if I was able to I would love to live in the Smithtown area where I grew up.

We just bought a house in Commack and will definitely stay there for a few years. Ultimately we'd love to end up in Huntington Village. I lived in an apt. there for 3 years and we absolutely loved it.

Long Island Nassau County in any decent school district would be my choice. SCHOOLS ARE MY #1 PRIORITY when it comes to buying a home. It was for my parents and it is for me. Maybe it is because I am an educator.

from smithtown and the area was great growing up, but IMO it is changing so I wouldnt move back...
LIve in CT now and would love to eventually be in Monroe, Trumbull or Fairfield (weestport may not happen for YEARS)
