Probably. Scrapbooking stores also sell small ones - Michaels and AC Moore have them, not sure if you have those in NYC. I have a Fiskars one and it's great. They sell replacement blades too.

i have a GREAT one that I got from Michaels. Its a Fiskars and small 5' X 10'

I used a 40% coupon for it so I paid about 10 bucks

I got ht esame one freom Michaels and I love it! I'm a huge scrap booker and I use it all the time. If you have a lot to do, buy a replacement blade or it will get dull and not cut smoothly.

I bought mine at Staples. Don't remember the price but I have used it so many times for so many projects that it was worth it!
