Where can I buy cheapo dresses?

I managed to book a photoshoot for a couple weeks from now and the photog asked me to bring at least 4 bright colored dresses. I have a few but in case I need to pick up a few more, where should I look? By cheap I mean under $20 a dress. I don't know any local thrift stores....

Anyone wear a size 4-6 dress that wants to let me borrow a few?

Any style, just bright. It has to contrast with an industrial background. :)
