Where can I buy invitation kits CHEAP?

I've been to Michael's and Target, and they have kits with the paper and vellum included, but are there any stationary stores where I can buy vellum and then colored paper, bows, and envelopes? Michaels charges like .50 cents for a single piece of vellum paper!

I would go w/ what everyone else said as far as going into a store to physically pick up the invites. If you want to view stuff and have it shipped to you I have a great site! I was going to get my invites from them when I thought about making them but ended up buying the ones that we really loved instead. The site is:

Thanks! I did see the vellum and ribbon kit at Target, but they only had 10 per box and I needed about 50! And they only had 2 boxes left......and each box was $10!

I just bought vellum for scrapbooking at Odd Job but it's big and you'd have to cut it up - but it as .99 for a pack
Did you go on Ebay??
I wound up getting vellum on clearance at Michael's a while back...

This is a long shot, but have you tried Pearle in East Meadow? They have stuff like that. I would call them first to see if they have it in stock. I did a bridal shower for my cousin last year and I found the best kits at Office Max in Westbury. Across the street from Chateau Briand.

I love Pearl...I'm an art major, so I go there a few times a year for school supplies....it's a TREK! I live in Kings Park...so the drive is a killer, but worth it. I might just go there and use my student id for the student discount.
