Where can I buy ribbon wands for the church guests?

Hi ladies!
After speaking with a lot of you I decided on ribbon wands for the guests at church! Thank you for all of your help! But, where do I buy them??!! I went to Party City yesterday and they didn't have any! Help!

I know there is a website that sells them, but I can't think of it. You can try making them - they are easy! My 94 year old Grandma made mine and they came out beautiful IMO! I bought inexpensive thin dowels at Home Depot, had them cut into 16 inch lengths, spray painted them white and then bought these little white caps that go on the end of the dowels (also bought at Home Depot, they are used to protect sharp edges on wire shelving, I think).

My grandma then took thin ribbon I had bought and cut them into twice the length of the dowels. She fit three ribbons over the head of each dowel and put the cap on to secure them.

I wish I had pictures of mine to share! The ribbon wands are in storage at my mom's house. But this is a picture of another LIBride's ribbon wands. She secured the ribbon in a different way.

I bought the dowels at Michaels...as well as the ribbons. My bridal party and I are having a WAND making party. We are using hot glue to secure the ribbons.

Yes because the church doesnot allow you to throw anything outside the church. I have to ask my church is rose petals Ok!
