I'm not sure if stardust is the same as stardream, but Paper Presentation has a store in NYC. HTH!

Stardust is the color of a stardream typr of stock. u can get that at paper presentation (23 west 18th street bet 5th and 6th aves). i am using stardust also. it's a shimmery version of tiff blue. oh wait... do you mean starburst (this is the shmmery tiff blue color)!

Paper Presentation has a lot of different colors and sizes for it.
Also, if you have time, check Anchor Paper, you can ask for specific sizes and he will email you a quote.

I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for, but they have really pretty paper and cardstock at AC Moore in the Scrapbooking section.
