packages of just the drumette section of chicken wings.

I want to try making the Food 911 'Chicken Lollipops' .. so I'd need to find this.

Your best bet is probably to buy a bulk package of the whole wing section. You can use the wing and tip parts to make chicken stock.

Just simmer them in water with some onion, celery, carrot, salt and pepper. Strain, let cool, skim off fat and voila-stock!
