Where can I find...

the thing to make your own favor decorations -- you know.....the things to put on your favors...the confetti in the tulle and tie ribbon w/names. I remember seeing some kind of gadget/tool and can't remember where I saw it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks, but I'm in Queens and was wondering if there was closer place for me.

*sorry I forgot to mention that

Are you willing to buy it online? Here is a site that sells one. sweet occasions
Is there a rag shop around? (Sorry, I don't know Queens at all) If so, I saw a little paper box there that was supposed to make favors, it was $5, but didn't seem too great. I was thinking of making my own out of a small box with a hole in it, or using a bathroom cup.
