Where can I find the perfect wedding shoe???

Any recommendations?
I'm going to check out Kenneth Cole, but where else should I look?
I'm looking for 2 3/4 inch heel, probably closed toe (November wedding), I like the look of an ankle strap- something elegant but kinda sexy at the same time.
