NO blood test is required - just make sure you go within 60 days of the wedding.

Re: Where can I get a Marriage license?
they are normally only good for about a month to at most 60days. You can get them at Town Hall, just about any town hall.
I got mine in Hempstead. It took 10mins tops. In and out like that. No blood tests are required. Just ID and I had to know my SS#. They didnt ask for the card, but they did ask for the number.
I know the one I got in Hempstead was only good for 30days.

You need a birth certificate and your license, at least we did we got it at the Brookhaven Town Hall, in Patchogue (suffolk county). They are good for 60 days starting the day AFTER you get it. It only takes a few minutes, but both you and your FH need to be there to sign it together.

We live in Brooklyn, and are getting married in Huntington. Where do we have to go to get the license? Does it make a difference?
