Exclusivelyweddings.com has one or two. I'm getting one too but I needed one that did not specify names but one I could word myself so I'm ordering from either personalcreations.com or floralcandles.com.
Why not make your own? that way you can choose the size and shape of your candle. I bought a candle and will be writing out the names, etc. out on a design i'll make on the computer... print it out and it can be attached using pins or wax.
