Payless stinks, I need them by next Thursday. They don't have to be dyed by then, I just have to have the shoe. I saw a pair online somewhere, but does anyone know a place to take shoes to just get dyed? Does a shoe repair place do this? I'm clueless. Thanks!

I also went all over the place looking for shoes , try Bridal Shoe Boutique in Carle Place on Old Country Rd, That is where I got my shoes. I have also heard that Craft Shoes in Commack is good. I think a shoe repair place can dye shoes. The Bridal shoe Boutique was wonderful, they went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable and added padding to the shoes and stretched them out, etc.

I bought dyeable at Love My Shoes in Carle Place. They had a really fast turn around. And I also have brought shoes to a shoemaker to dye. However, I had to go to three shoemakers before I foudn one that would do it.

you can also get them at estelle's and have them dyed at any shoe store.. just be sure you havea swatch..

I got a pair at Parade of Shoes, and my BP got theirs on line at
Shoe Elegance in Lynbrook on Sunrise Highway. Has a great selection of dyeable shoes.

Lisa, I went to Shoe Elegance also & then to Sandy's in Massapequa park.
Sandy's has a MUCH BETTER selection & they will price match for you. They are right across the street from the LIRR stop in Massapequa Park in the dunkin donuts shopping center. Its a small store front, but you'd be surprised what they've got!

You can also go to Dying for You in Kindenhurst. It is on Wellwood Ave., right off Sunrise Hwy. They have a GREAT selection, and are so helpful.

I dont know where you live, but I am bringing my shoes to be dyed at a place in Ronkonkoma. It is a shoemaker. It is on Hawkins ave by Brunos. My friend used them and said they did a good job. I bought my shoes for my friends wedding at Craft, but really didnt want to go there because the dye job they did for my mom for my wedding was horendous.
