Watch for craft stores that have sales. A couple of months ago I got about 20 picture frames (of varying sizes) for about $20 at JoAnn's Fabrics.

Kohls has a lot of inexpensive frames and they're very frequently on sale.

Hi Maxine,

There is a Lot store in Hempstead on Peninsula that has really nice 4x6 frames. Get my cell # from you sister of have her call me.

99cent stores definitely have them. But be careful with the quality. You could also try a National Wholesale Liquidators store. They always have a large selection of picture frames.

I'd suggest Target or Walmart.

.99 stores may have them, but I'm not sure what kind of quality they'd be.

Amazing Savings is going out of business. At least the one in East northport is you can try there.

AC Moore is also pretty good.
