order from zappos! I needed to decide on my shoes quickly, I ordered 6 pairs from zappos, tried them all on at home and returned the other 5 (free shipping, free returns, no tax).

I second this. I got a really nice pair last year for my SIL's wedding. Also try MJM shoes. I bought my shoes for my wedding there.

I think there's a place in Massapequa or Massapequa Park called Sandy's Shoes. I think it's mostly wedding shoes, but don't quote me on it

Re: Where can I get wide selection of high heel shoes
ZAPPOS.COM all the way!! I am getting married on Sat. and last week i went to pick up my shoes and they dyed them the wrong color. Needless to say I needed a pair of shoes fast. I ordered 5 from zappos and they were here the next day with free shipping and returns. They saved me!!
They have a whole section dedicated to bridal shoes!!!

Varone Shoes Sayville, NY (They have a nice selection of wedding shoes) This is where I am planning on getting my shoes.
Casa De Mario Patchogue, NY (I know that they high heels, comfort level depends, I would just really try them on)
