u can go to the hempstead town hall.
but u can go to any town hall in ny state....

I went to North Hempstead town hall. It took about 15 minutes. We showed up 30 minutes before closing.

This is a good questions.
Both FH and I live in NYC but my legal address is a Nassau County address (still using parent's address b/c I move around NYC too much to keep changing my address).
So our wedding is on LI in Nassau....can we get our license in NYC or should we go to Hempstead Town Hall? I don't know anything about this...when to get it, etc...
