Where can i go to find a bridal gown with a max $1000 budget?
I am really interested in mermaid and drop waist gowns, however i do not want to spend more than $100o for a gown i will wear for one day. Is there any place on long island, queens, brooklyn or manhattan i can go to to find something?

Davids has PLENTY of dresses under $1000, mine was considered 'couture' and it was still under that!

try RK bridal in the city, make an appointment with a consultant and tell her specifically you want dresses under $1,000 and the style you're looking for. I found my dress there. i had a good experience with them.

I would look into Maggie Sotero gowns. They are gorgeous! The do not look like cheep dresses at all and they are priced in your price range (mine was 800). I got mine at Village Bridal in Babylon But I know they have a large selection at Bridal reflections on Massapequa too.

I had a great experience at rk bridal as well! They were great to work with and my dress was definitely under $1000. Let me know if you have any specific questions

I tried on tons of dresses less than $1k, espcially at Village Bridal where I wound up purchasing my Sophia TOlli gown for under $1000... that's not including alterations and tax though

davids bridal! my dress was not mermaid but was under 700 with dress slip and vail. i still need alterations and shoes good luck

davids bridal has cheap gowns but i woulnd't count out the regular bridal salons. they def have gowns under $1000! check out village bridal.

just about any store will have gowns for that price
don't forget you'll also need to pay for the alterations and the bustle (mine came to $300 for alterations, thanks the the cap i had ... plus $85 for the bustle)

You should try to find some Tent sales. I went to one at Village Bridal a few months back and the dresses they had were aprox, 75% off the original price... Don't know if I'm too late but it's worth researching.
