oh no its not dumb Ive learned many things on here, its for the church its a small pack of tissues for when guest cry. you can make them yourself- at michaels they have small vellum envelopes the same size of the tissue in those small packs put 2 tissues in each envelope make a label or sticker and you put for your tears of joy or any saying pertaining to that. its neat Im making mine sunday if Im snowed in
