Where can I take a Pilates Class?

Does anyone know of any studios or schools that have Pilates classes in the Bayside queens area or western nassau? I want to take a few classes without having to join a gym.

There is a place in Bellmore called Body and soul and they offer a pilattes class on Saturday morning!
