not top quality, but reasonable prices:

marshalls
tj maxx
home depot
home goods
target
kohls

i am sure overstock has a decent selection as well. personally, i would rather see and feel the rug before buying.

ikea too, but I will say a lot of their designs are on the wacky side.

We got ours at Home Depot! They are not the best looking but will do for now. They were about $60 each.

I got my rugs at Wal-mart. They are springmaid and an excellent quality. I have them 2 years and so far they still look great.

I also used this site for my bedroom area rugs.

I second Walmart for cheap area rugs. We bought a rug for our guest room for $19.99 and it outlasted the expensive one we had in the living room. Also Home Depot has a good selection and good prices...same with Target and Kmart.

There's a MegaMarshalls in Syosset on Jericho Tpk. that had lots of area rugs last time I was there.
