Re: where did everyone buy their programs?
I copied these websites from itslaurie's to a question on another post:
www.michaels.com
www.cheapcardstock.com
www.anchorpaper.com
www.discountcardstock.com
www.paper.com
www.paper-source.com
www.paperandmore.com
www.hiromipaper.com - japanese paper
www.lcipaper.com
www.scrap4fun.com - scrapbooking materials
www.islandpaperie.com - tropical paper
www.createforless.com
www.islandartcards.com - HI postcards
These are links to paper stores. You can purchase blank paper from them and then have Kinkos print them for you. Thank itslaurie...she's the one who posted the links!

Re: where did everyone buy their programs?
I ordered mine from Mr. Ribbon in Belrose. As far as price goes, it all depends on what you choose.

Re: where did everyone buy their programs?
One Church gave us a few samples to look at when designing ours. We'll probably make one and take it to Kinko's or one of those office stores to make multiple copies.
