FH and I have begun searching for rings. Has anyone been to Elsa on 110? How was it? Any place else anyone could suggest? Also, could you give me an approximate price that you paid for both yours and his (or hers). If you want to FM, that would be fine!!! Thanks so much!

we brought rings at tri county. Best price since that is were fi brought the engagement ring. The place is called the Diamond Roof. Been there several times to buy earings, rings, etc. Brother in law 2be just brought his girl the ring there to.

I got mine at Whitehall Jewelers in the mall. Amazing prices, lots to choose from. I had gonr at least 50 places!

We used Elsa's for our custom made rings...they came out beautiful! We worked with Elsa and she was great!

I would never ever ever pay retail for these rings. Kestenbaum and Weisner, 5 West 47th. My ring appraised for almost $900 more than we paid.

We bought our rings at Tri County. I'd have to look up the name of the place, but it has New York in it
We are using Elsas. They are great! FH bought my e-ring from them. They do great work and are reliable. My bands and FH's should be ready any week now. Iam so excited tosee them! We worked with Stephan who is Elsas husband.

I am going to see my casting mext MOnday from ELSA's. My band will match my e ring exactly. I love it Elsas is great. The only thing thats annoying is you have to go there like 4 times and I live in Brooklyn so its a pain, but im sure for most other people it wouldnt be a problem.
I worked with Stephen and Elsa. They are both very nice. Be careful of their dog.

We got ours from Scott Jewelers in Brooklyn. We paid just over $200 for BOTH our rings. Amazing!!

DO NOT GO TO ELSA!!!!!! My fiance and I just went to an 'appointment' and the owner Stephan told us we had to sign the contract right then and there and give him 200 deposit, or we could not use them to make our rings.. He could not give us a price because of the 'complexity' of him making our rings, mine alone was quotes between 1,000 - 2,000 just for MINE! and the best was his speech stating all the rings are made to what we want, unique, I saw two rings in his showcase at the place my fiance bought my ring at... so much for unique and original.... The same ring I am getting for 1/2 the price he quoted... he told us we could not have tiime to think about our purchase because he set aside an hour of his time with us!!!! He told us he would give us 2 days to think about it but we still had to give him 200 dollars!!!! Unbelievable. This is not RUSSIA, its AMERICA and we can make a decision on a purchase like this... SO, from my experience, NEVER, EVER EVER GO TO ELSA!!! TOTAL RIP OFF.... I also overheard him telling a couple that her engagement ring is poor quality and talked them into buying a whole new engagement ring... Total rip off....

I second the Diamond District. My e-ring came from there (56 W. 47th Street - David or Christina are awesome). My wedding bands came from Tiffany but I used a discount...otherwise I would have never. Never pay retail...it makes no sense in NY when we have the Diamond District!

We bought ours in Massapequa. Its the jewelry exchange by TJ Maxx and the OLive Garden. I don't know the exact name, but when you walk in, its the first booth on your right. They had the best quality and prices. My fiance buys most of my jewelry ther. I got a channel setting(square diamonds) eternity band. 1.4 carats, and my FH got a 14k white gold simple band, but thick. Its alternating shiny and dull. That is the best way I can explain. ITs Benchmark. They were both 1700, which is ALOt cheaper then what we have seen. Elsa on 110 is very exspensive, but BEautiful rings
