Vetro!! new Russo's on the Bay restaurant/hall.....the place was perfect!
My parents backyard! We had LI Sound as our DJ, food was catered upscale BBQ style, and rented a tent/tables. It was almost a disaster (hurricane Danny almost hit us!) but it ended up being PERFECT, SO MUCH FUN! We kicked a keg and they party went from 5pm-2am!

We had ours at Mediterranean Manor in Patchogue October 25, 2009. We had a buffet style with all the italian meats, and cheese display along with cold salads, an ice sculpture and fruit carvings. We had trays of chicken marsala, chicken francaise, sausage and peppers, and more that i cannot remember. I bought all different color mums from the nursery by my house and bought these really pretty tins to put them in. We hired Tommy Tunes and had such a great time. We worked with George and Zoli and they were soo accomodating. My FMIL got married there so they gave us a really great deal. We also upgraded to the chocolate fountain and ice cream bar with all the goodies to go with it. I made my favors for all the guests. They were candles in a small round glass votive with sand at the bottom and wrapped in tulle with a ribbon with our names printed and the date of the party. My mother and I went to A.C. with coupons of course, and bought a bunch of votives and small candles along with a bag of light colored sand. I got engaged at the beach so this was my way of incorporating it in. I got my ribbons printed at Wrap with us. They weren't that great bc the roll was not fully printed and the writing was peeling off but we worked with it anyways. I was not impressed with the customer service there. The prices are reasonable but the customer service *****..
The Babylon Carriage Carriage House
Our is in June, it's going to be in at my parents house. Their backyard is ridiculously beautiful. We're renting a tent, tables, linens, having floral cps and having it catered with a full waitstaff.
I would have loved to do a backyard party but it would have been to much for my family and I know my mom can get really frustrated with throwing parties so I thought it would be easier to have it at a place.
