The dollar store! We got 20 frames there for 1 dollar each and they were perfect!

Please be careful what to pick from the dollar store especially if you are having a day wedding. My experience was I didn't realized the back of photo frame I picked didn't look good :/
I felt so bad in the end because my FMIL was planning an elegant wedding and i bought this cheapo ones... argh!!!

They look fine!!! No biggie!!

We picked up a lot of different sized frames from Target, Christmas Tree Shop, AC Moore, Michaels, Marshalls, Walmart, and Century 21.

Walmart is where we got all the frames for the table numbers, the other frames were for wedding photos and other things.
