she's been great to work with so far...i am surprised she's gotten so many negative reviews...
i can only imagine if anything goes wrong w the BM dresses or my alterations...it'll be par for the course, along with the entirely new RH that i might not even like...
this wedding is turning into a disaster.

other than my dress being two months late, and the BMs being a couple weeks late, I have been very happy with Phyllis at BE so far. I agree that she has been overwhelmed since she doubled the size of the store, but if you order early she's great!

I used Phyllis for my girl's dresses.. but I chose not to get mine there only because so many people on here have said she has been very busy and I was ordering my dress kind of late. She has been awesome about my bridesmaids though and very accomodating to them all.. I hope it stays that way

dont worry i will be picking up my dress in less than a month and i have had GREAT experiences there
the quality of my alterations is amazing just need a few minor touches before i pick it up
my mom is a seamstress so she knows her stuff and we have been treated like GOLD when we go!
no worries, everyone has a different experience so dont worry unless you have an actual reason to!
