where did those aisle runners go?

where did those aisle runners go?

for ladies who have done monogramed aisle runners:

1) where are you storing it now that the wedding is over?
2) after its all said and done, was it really worth it?

At first I was all for doing it, and now i'm kinda on the fence about the idea...

I plan to do the same thing with mine. I already have the monogram part cut out and saved w/ the rest of the keepsakes. I think it was absolutely worth it

Im DIYing mine but we are going to cut it and my mom is going to either make it a pillow or part of a wedding day quilt.

i had mine made and it was very expensive but made out of very nice high quality fabric. We plan on making a tapestry out of it to hang in our home after the wedding...the part with our monogram and quote...to have as a keepsake.

my church doesnt allow them so i wont be having one.. but you could definitely make a pillow sham out of it!!

This was a great question! Was also wondering what to do with the runner after. Still on the fence, but these ideas did help. Love the way the runner looks but don't know if I should do one on a dock.

We plan on hanging ours on a quilt rack. Ours is made of cotton (tablecloth material). I thinks it's definately worth it.
