I'm in the stage of figuring out what I am going to wear but I bought this really cute top at Express so I am thinking of wearing that with dark skinny jeans and either my black boots or heels.

ETA: we are going out in NYC.

from express-but i have to admit i have a bit of an

i found a HOT white one sleeve dress but i don't know if i can afford to spend the $80 on it

I always get/find tons of Express coupons. You can do a google search for one and it will def come up!
