I got mine at papersource online.

I got the vellum on ebay.

I made mine myself - I was going to print them myself but they came out more professional at Staples they had think cardstock and thy were reasonable:

Here is part of my menu I don't have one in MI to scan in but they were printed with Navy blue ink.

I got my paper at Michael's in the scrap booking section.

I got cardstock from staples. And vellum from staples also.
