Where did you buy your candles, votives, tealights?
I'm thinking of checking out Ikea.
Any other cheap places for these?
Our florist wanted to charge us $40 extra per table for 12 additional votives. I said I'd go buy them myself. I thought it would be cheaper.

I got all of that stuff at Michaels... every now and then they have a sale on the party pack of votive holders, which includes the candle and the glass... full price it is $7.99... on sale it is usually $4.99/pack

I almost got them at ikea.... THEN, I saw that crate and barrel (or was it pottery barn ) had GORGEOUS votives in their clearance section!
I got really pretty high quality votives that normally cost $5/each for under $1.50 each! They also can accommodate candles that last 6 hours

www.cudge.net has really reasonable prices on votives. we got ours from there for our favors.

$40 per table? Hah! It depends what you want. If you just want clear glass with white candles, you can get those really cheap from a bunch of places like Michaels. Or Jamali Garden: votives
Cudge also has cheap ones, as does Save-on-Crafts. If you want something fancier, such as votive holders in your colors, look around a bit more. I got an amazing deal on pretty pale yellow frosted votive holders on eBay, one of those 'make an offer' actions. Got 72 of them, with shipping (and all that glass is heavy) for $56. Votive holders come in all sorts of pastel and bright colors, and so do the candles, if you want to buy colored candles but clear glass holders.

I got mine at ikea and i looove them...they aren't the pain thin glass ones...but nice n thick and they match our color scheme...pics in my album.
