Karat Shop in Huntington - the service was great, they had a tremendous selection and the man who appraised my wedding band was blown away by the quality of the diamonds and the ring's craftsmanship.

I bought FH's at Zales. FH bought me 2 one from the flea market (Tri-County) and one from Littman.

Diamond Island in Massapequa Park. AMAZING!!! Great stuff and prices! I got an eternity band, and FH got a beautiful benchmark band and I also got a really nice plain white gold benchmark band!

We went to the diamond district - definitely hit or miss there as far as service! (i can't remember the name of ours but it was at the western end of the block and they were very nice).
If you're too turned off of the diamond district - you should try Good Old Gold in Massapequa (on sunrise highway). It's where my brother bought his wife's engagement ring. I went with him - they were very nice

Good Old Gold is great - family owned, totally trustworthy and have great jewelry - antique, custom and every brand I was looking for. We didn't get our bands there, but have gotten a lot and so have many friends.

Honestly, we are getting them at the same place FH bought my e-ring. Its a store in Saccasunna, NJ called Jillian's Jewelry. They have AMAZING bands and can basically do ANYTHING you want.

J and H Jewlery in Merrick .. They custom made my ering and wedding band. They are close friends of the family and are so friendly with great customer service
