where did you find your hair/MU vendor if it wasnt an LIW vendor

where did you find your hair/MU vendor if it wasnt an LIW vendor

for you ladies who are not using an LIW vendor...where did you find your hair and make up person? are they coming to the house or is it a salon?

I'm going to the same salon I've been going to since I was in high school. My hair stylist has been doing my hair since I was about 13, and I don't trust anyone else. I've had my hair and makeup done there for Sweet 16, prom, when I was a BM at my best friend's wedding, etc.

It's in Floral Park. FM me if you want details.

floral park is a little far for me to go to the day of. i have a salon but last time they did my hair for a wedding they didnt do what i asked. im sure i can explain it better next time around and they are on my corner but im not sure if i wanna use them

im going to my normal hair stylist in Brooklyn... im really picky so i trust her cuz she knows how my hair is what works what doesnt etc

my sister used carol from bocara salon in wantagh for her hair and makeup, she did an excellent job (she also did my makeup the day of as well, it came out nice!). i would have used her if i wasn't getting married so early (i need someone to come to me at like 6am).

make-up, an LIWer recommended her. pics and contact info in my album. I'm using fresh face forward for hair. They are coming to me the day of.

I heard of them on this site. They may still be a vendor.

I am using my stylist I have been going to for like 6 years. She works out of her house not a big salon, and she is awesome.. She will travel to my house too..

I am using Jacquline Nicole for M/U I think she might be a LIW vendor, but before I knew that she did my sisters M/U for her wedding 4 years ago and did an amazing job. She has airbrush to and is very reasonably priced. We got her through word of mouth back then

M * I * A * reccomended form girls on here but shes not a vendor. Shes coming to my house for hair and MU. Shes AMAZINGGGGGG =) I love her!

I just used the internet after NOT liking my trials with 2 LIW vendors. And just because they are not an LIW vendor doesn't mean other girls here haven't used them and you can still find reviews.

So even though I found Stacy Pitt and Sally Duvall on the internet, I came back here to search for their names and found good stuff.

eta: They came to my hotel.

how did you find them on the internet? i have tried to search for hair and make up but i can never find anything. i dont think i am searching right

I did a search and found a bunch of Long Island hair and makeup people on the knot.
