My engagement ring came from Artistic Jewelers in Farmingdale - we will be going there for our rings as well.

FH got my engagement ring at Marinelli in Eastport so we will probably go there for our bands.

My FH and I went to Marinellis in Eastport to get a custom setting. I was given my grandmother wedding ring when she passed away so it has a lot of meaning to me. We searched all over to find the perfect setting to put her diamond in. We finally found one we loved at Marinellis. I wanted to add more diamonds to the ring and they said it wouldn't be a problem and they could make it exactly how we wanted it. Long story short we ordered the ring and they said it would be 2-3 weeks before it came in. It is now over 2 months and the ring just came in BUT they call us the day we were supposed to come in to set the diamond stating 'the ring was not ready' even though they called us days prior saying we could come see it whenever we want. We went in immediately to see what was going on since we waited so patiently for it. The ring was not was we asked for they completely forgot to add the extra diamonds we wanted. So now we have to wait again for our ring. I would not care waiting the 2+ months to get our ring but Marinellis never called us to tell us what was going on with the ring. We always had to call them to try and figure out when it would be coming in. They would always say next week and we would call again and they would say another week. Just very frustrating for us. Hopefully our ring will be next soon and well finally be able to show it off. Sorry for the long rant but I would never recommend going here after this.
