Tiara = Phyllis at Bridal Elegance (she had a huge catalog and selection to choose from)

Veil = Swarvoski 2 Tier, from David's Bridal

My headpiece came from Princess Bride Tiaras and the veil was from Phyllis at Gownfind/Bridal Elegance.
