Most times your limo company will provide it for you. But you can also get it at places like Michael's, AC Moore or Joann's.

Bought Fabric from the LA Garment District. But if you want something other than white, I'm sure you could buy fabric from a fabric store or I've heard that NYC has a garment/flower district too.
