I need something that is real gold (not plated or dipped or sterling or surgical) I have 2 BMs with metal allergies. It can't be too expensive either (I have 11 BMs). TIA!!!

Macy's has a lot of great real gold jewelry and the prices aren't that bad either. Also, this weekend pretty much every store has Labour Day weekend sales........
