Where did you get your bridal bra (for strapless gowns)?
My wedding dress is strapless and has a deep V-shape in the back. I initially bought the self-adhering chicken cutlets that clip together, but they don't really give me the lift/support I want. Do any of you ladies know of a great undergarment store in NYC, Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau or Suffolk or even Westchester? I'll travel wherever I have to for a good undergarment store. Thanks ladies!

i bought mine from Davids Bridal - it goes down pretty low in the back

Blums in Patchogue has a great selection of bras. They take the time to measure you and try to find something for you. My grandmother and I went there for bras and we had a really nice experience. The strapless bra I wore for my wedding held up all night and was not a problem.

An actual bridal shop is the best place. I got my gown at Alfred Angelo and my bra also. That way you know it'll DEF fit

I went to Orchard corset on Orchard street in Manhattan. I showed them a picture of my dress and they got me a corset that was perfect for my gown.

if you are in nassau, there is a place in hicksville called georgettes - they have been there forever and I never had a good strapless bra until i went there!

Maidenform at Tanger Outlets in deer park. $34 and 20% off for a longbra. My dress is low in the back so it was the lowest one I could find and the seamstress is going to alter it a little bit to make sure it doesn't peek out at all.

The bridal shop you bought the gown at will have the correct undergarments. Thatswhere I got MY bra.

Georgettes in Hicksville is the most amazing place EVER!! I've been going there since prom (in 1985) and my mom was going there before that.
You will be amazed at how good the girls can look with the right bra!

I also got mine at David's Bridal, it was perfect for my very low/almost backless wedding gown.
